Simple yet very efficient
Monocytes, B cells, NK cells, CD8+ T cells, erythrocytes and granulocytes are depleted from MNC to leave pure, target CD4+ Tcells. These are free of surface antibody and beads and are suitable for downstream applications and flow cytometry.
As this all takes place in a tube, no cells are trapped so you can be confident that you get the most from your precious sample. See the diagram below for more details.
